This site is dedicated to the memory of Mark Knapman.
Mark died on 28th March 2008 at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth aged 23. Mark was so full of life and enjoyed Scouting with the 30th Plymouth Scout Group, performing with the Plymouth District Gang shows, playing football and watching Plymouth Argyle, playing golf and surfing. Mark was always up to mischief and he enjoyed every second of life. He worked for May Gurney as a surveyor and enjoyed meeting customers. When he became ill we all thought he had food poisoning from a dodgy breakfast in Newquay but 24 hours later he was on a life support machine.
Our wonderful memories of a fantastic son and brother will last a life time. Gone to run a Cub / Scout Group in heaven.

Mark was an amazing young man who touched the lives of all that he met and has left a massive void since he left us, but we cling on to the many wonderful memories which always make us smile. Our lives are richer for knowing him. Never to be forgotten. Love Heather and Steve.
